All the faculties of the University of Amsterdam are excellent because the University of Amsterdam is excellent.

The subjects are different and the predicates are the same, so the argument form is beta (a is X because b is X): “All the faculties of the University of Amsterdam (a) are excellent (X) because the University of Amsterdam (b) is excellent (X)”.
Both the conclusion and premise are universal statements (u), so the argument substance is su: “All the faculties of the University of Amsterdam are excellent (u) because the University of Amsterdam is excellent (u)”.
The keyword DIVISION describes the relationship between subjects a and b. The argument lever can thus be formulated as “The University of Amsterdam (b) can be DIVIDED into all the faculties of the University of Amsterdam (a)”.

Notes
One could argue that the University of Amsterdam is a singular statement (s). In the context of the argument, however, it is a cognitive shorthand for “all the departments of the University of Amsterdam”. For this reason, the subject type is universal (u) instead of singular (s). See also the argument from composition, where the same choice is made.
One could imagine a similar argument type with a particular statement (p) as a conclusion: “Most of the faculties of the University of Amsterdam are excellent (p) because the University of Amsterdam is excellent (u)”. However, since the substance is ‘pu’, this argument type would have to be placed in a different group of the beta quadrant.
